What is a Savings Plan ?
A Savings Plan allows you to receive discounts on your Compute resources based on a monthly commitment tailored to your usage. Your savings apply across all eligible Compute consumption while giving you the freedom to scale and adapt your infrastructure as your business needs change.

How does it work ?
One commitment covering all your Compute resources.
1. Subscribe
Choose a monthly commitment amount (starting at €3,000 excluding VAT) and a minimum commitment period of 12 months, based on public pricing.
2. Consume freely
Scale your virtual machines and GPUs whenever needed. Your Savings Plan automatically applies to all eligible consumption.
3. Discounts are applied automatically
Each month, any active reserved resources are applied first, followed by the benefits of your Savings Plan. Any remaining consumption is billed at standard Pay-As-You-Go rates.
Example: You subscribe to a €5,000/month (excl. VAT) Savings Plan for 24 months. With a 16% discount, your monthly cost is reduced to €4,200 (excl. VAT). Over the full contract term, you save up to €19,200 (excl. VAT) compared to standard Pay-As-You-Go pricing.
Which resources are covered by your Savings Plan ?
Your Savings Plan automatically applies to all your eligible Compute resources, without any configuration required on your part:
- Virtual machines : vCPUs and RAM for your VMs, including those on dedicated (non-shared) hypervisors
- GPUs : The GPUs associated with your virtual machines
- Containerized environments : The worker nodes in your OKS.
Please note: The OKS control plane is not eligible for the Savings Plan.

Discounts apply to eligible Compute usage compared to Pay-As-You-Go pricing for the specified commitment period or longer.
All amounts are expressed in euros excluding VAT.
How do I subscribe to a Savings Plan ?

Assessment
Review your recent Cloud consumption with your Account Manager.

Proposal
Receive a quotation detailing your commitment amount, duration, discount level, and effective date.
3.
Signature
Signing the quotation serves as your purchase order, no additional contractual documents are required.
4.
Activation
Your Savings Plan becomes effective on the first day of the month following order validation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I have multiple Savings Plans at the same time ?
Yes. You can subscribe to several Savings Plans simultaneously or at different times. The credits from each Plan are applied sequentially to your eligible consumption.
What happens when my Savings Plan expires ?
Your Plan ends automatically at the end of its commitment period and is not automatically renewed. To ensure uninterrupted coverage, subscribe to a new Savings Plan before the end of the month preceding its expiration.
Are GPU resources covered ?
Yes. GPU resources are included under the same commitment as your Compute resources.
My monthly consumption varies. Is a Savings Plan still suitable ?
Yes. A Savings Plan is designed to cover your recurring Compute usage at a lower cost. If your usage exceeds your commitment, additional consumption is billed at standard Pay-As-You-Go rates. If the increase becomes recurring, you can subscribe to an additional Savings Plan.
What if my infrastructure changes during the commitment period ?
No problem. A Savings Plan is designed to accommodate changes to your infrastructure. You can modify your virtual machines, configurations, or GPU resources at any time, and your discounts will continue to apply automatically to all eligible usage.
What happens if my consumption decreases ?
A Savings Plan delivers the greatest value when sized according to your typical recurring consumption. Your monthly commitment remains payable throughout the commitment period, even if your actual usage is temporarily lower. We therefore recommend sizing your commitment based on your recurring needs rather than peak demand.

Savings Plans terms and conditions
What you need to know before subscribing
- Fixed monthly commitment. Your committed monthly amount is payable for every month of the subscription period, regardless of actual consumption.
- Monthly credits do not roll over. Any unused credits expire at the end of each month and cannot be carried forward.
- Monthly billing in advance. Your Savings Plan is billed monthly on your subscription anniversary date.
- Effective on the first day of the month. The Plan becomes active on the first day of the calendar month following order validation. Retroactive application is not available.
- No automatic renewal. Your Savings Plan expires automatically at the end of the commitment period. To maintain coverage, a new plan must be subscribed before the last day of the final month of the current Plan.
- No capacity reservation. A Savings Plan is a financial commitment only and does not guarantee access to any specific resource type or VM size.
