The General Terms and Conditions of Sale include Service Level Agreements (SLAs) (in French only).

In addition, in order to offer a unique customer experience, we provide:

  • various materials to raise awareness on the Cloud, such as videos, articles, and white papers (French only);
  • customer support provided to our customers by dedicated Technical Account Managers
